Suit Clothed and with the docu-ment folder and laptop under his arm, Trond Frigaard looks like any business man in his 30's where he on the minute, shows up in Kapital premises at Smestad in Oslo. But the young entrepreneur from Sarpsborg is certainly not quite like any other. He is in fact something as rare as a Norwegian, aspiring serial entrepreneur and business leader under 40, who despite a fortune on paper of around 450 million which he can lean back on, is mor eager than ever.
